If the wellness essentials you ordered are out of stock after the purchase was placed online due to customer demand, Organic Memories will offer you a replacement item that is similar to your initial interest or wellness need. If an agreement cannot be reached in regards to a replacement item, then the customer can wait for their initial order to be received within an estimated delivery time, based on the earliest availability.
Allow 2-7 business days to receive your order after the initial date of the order. Cost of shipping is based on the lowest current prices set by our shipping carriers, according to the weight of the package(s) and its destination.
o Every essential item is examined for defects and all orders are thoroughly screened for damages, for example: (packaging issues) or more, before processed and shipped.
o A refund will be issued, only if the item is defective or damaged due to the following reasons: 1) During the process of shipping and delivery or 2) Manufacturer defect. Our Customer Service Department must receive correspondence in regards to your defective/damaged items in writing by email, including 1 clear photo of the defective/damaged item within 24 – 72 hours, in order to receive a full refund or replacement order. o Your replacement order will be shipped within 3 – 7 business days or sooner once we have received, processed and approved your request.
