All Orders must be paid upon the initial date of the order. Allow 4-7 business days to receive your order after the initial date of the order.

If item ordered is out of stock after the purchase was placed online due to customer demand, Organic Memories prides ourselves on great service, and will offer you a replacement item that is similar to your initial interest or need. If an agreement cannot be reached in regards to a replacement item, then the customer can wait for their initial order to be received within an estimated delivery time, based on the earliest availability.
If your item was damaged during the delivery process that caused the item to become defective, you must notify our Customer Service Department at (708-705-6006 or email@example.com) immediately within 2 business days upon receiving your order in order for your purchase to be considered for a refund.
